selected and handpicked with care
Our green coconuts are handpicked from dwarf coconut trees grown in the Southeast if Brazil and go through a rigorous selection process to guarantee maximum quality.
maximum hygiene
The coconuts are sanitized through an automated process in our industry, with no manual contact. It guarantees maximum hygiene and eliminates any kind of contamination of the coconut water.
quality control and testing
Our qualified professionals run tests in our laboratory to validate the flavor and quality of the fruit and to approve the hygiene of the entire production process. The integrity of each fruit is tested and only the best fruits are processed.
freshly frozen
The coconut water is cooled within a few seconds after extraction to preserve the nutritional integrity and the original flavor of the fruit. Proceeds to bottling in a fully automated filling system with no manual contact. High Pressure Processed (HPP) and freshly frozen, going through a fast-freezing tunnel with temperature of - 211°F, to preserve great taste, nutrition, and enzymes of our natural coconut water.
